Duties and Responsibilities: The role involves actively engaging with potential clients to understand their real estate needs, promoting property sales, and guiding clients through the buying process. Key responsibilities include lead generation, property presentation, providing tailored customer service, negotiating property deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications: Experience in Customer Service and the ability to provide exceptional client support, Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property market trends and practices, Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets, Negotiation skills to close deals effectively and build strong client relationships, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, Proficiency in leveraging technology or CRM systems for sales management, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales or familiarity with Lagos’ real estate market is a plus.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
