Job Overview:
A structured leadership pathway for professionals ready to help build Africa’s next generation of capital, execution and impact platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Selected Fellows will participate in structured executive learning, leadership clinics, practical platform assignments and performance-based assessment. Outstanding participants may be considered for future senior leadership, assistant executive, platform management, advisory or project-specific roles within the NCDF Group ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, business, economics, law, public policy, engineering, healthcare, agriculture, technology, project management, real estate, development studies or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience for management tracks and 8–15 years’ experience for senior executive support tracks.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience for management tracks; 8–15 years’ experience for senior executive support tracks.
Languages:
Strong written communication skills required.
