Job Overview: We are looking for a high-performing HoReCa Sales Executive to lead the growth of our hospitality sales channel across Lagos and eventually other major cities in Nigeria.
Duties and Responsibilities: Build and manage a strong pipeline of HoReCa accounts across Lagos; Identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business opportunities; Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, chefs, F&B managers, and key decision-makers; Drive recurring sales and long-term account retention; Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment; Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to leadership; Represent the company at hospitality and food industry events; Support the future recruitment and management of a growing HoReCa sales team.
Required Qualifications: Proven B2B sales experience within FMCG, food & beverage, hospitality supply, or related industries; Strong existing network within the Lagos hospitality ecosystem; Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and close deals independently; Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills; Strong commercial and business development mindset; Ability to manage multiple accounts with discipline and consistency; Prior experience selling chilled or frozen products is an added advantage.
