Job Overview: The Logistics and distribution lead of the POS Supply chain is a strategic and data-driven role responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics and distribution of over four million POS terminals.
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee international shipment management, coordinate procurement and cost efficiency, manage domestic distribution and network, handle faulty device reverse logistics, and lead the internal POS logistics team.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
Additional Notes: Proven experience in international freight management, Third-Party Logistics management, and domestic last-mile distribution. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills are required.
