Job Description
Job Overview:
The Integrated Solutions Project Manager is responsible for leading well construction/completions and/or solutions projects for the Integrated Solutions group, overseeing all stages from planning through operational deployment and project closing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading all elements of the project including Baker Hughes products and services, managing for on-time delivery, owning overall customer deliverables, leading support for sales team, aligning cross product line strategies, managing multiple products and services across multiple wellsites/rigs, developing project schedules, acting as Single Point of Contact with the client, monitoring Project HSE Performance, ensuring Project Communication Plan is functional, leading continual project reviews, and planning for contingency operations.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline, minimum of 10+ years of relevant industry experience, minimum of 5 years as a project manager, experience managing drilling and completions operations, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent English communication skills, experience managing multiple product line P&L, skilled in MS Office Suite and MS Project, ability to manage and develop high-level teams, PMP certification is an advantage.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.

Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in relevant industry (wellbore construction, completions, wellbore intervention, P&A etc.) with a minimum of 5 years as a project manager.

Languages:
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
