Job Overview:
GR8 Tech builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead. This role exists to ensure the flawless integration of our most strategic B2B clients into our ecosystem, helping to scale our global footprint by leading a technical delivery team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the implementation of scalable delivery processes, drive operational efficiency, measure performance metrics, orchestrate complex integration projects, align expectations between clients and stakeholders, build and mentor a technical team.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of IT Client Delivery Management experience in B2B environments, full proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian, fluency in English, experience managing teams of 10+, understanding of iGaming industry dynamics, solid grasp of SDLC, Change Management, and Release Management, hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile, advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.

Languages:
Ukrainian or Russian (full proficiency), English (fluency)
Additional Notes:
