Job Description
Job Overview:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s administrative operations, policies, systems, and support services to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all administrative operations and support services within the organization. Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and operational standards. Ensure efficient management of office operations, facilities, and organizational resources. Establish and enforce administrative procedures and internal control systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and organizational standards. Monitor implementation of administrative policies and recommend improvements where necessary. Supervise office maintenance, facility management, utilities, security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, and workplace operations. Ensure a safe, clean, and functional working environment. Coordinate office space allocation, equipment management, and administrative logistics. Coordinate transportation, travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics support services. Supervise fleet administration and ensure proper utilization of company resources. Support operational departments with administrative and logistical requirements. Ensure proper maintenance of organizational records, files, correspondence, and documentation systems. Oversee document control, archiving, and confidentiality processes. Ensure accurate administrative reporting and record keeping. Prepare and monitor administrative budgets and operational expenditures. Ensure cost-effective utilization of office resources and administrative assets. Monitor procurement and usage of office supplies and equipment. Liaise with vendors, service providers, contractors, and regulatory agencies on administrative matters. Coordinate service agreements and vendor performance monitoring. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare periodic administrative and operational reports for management. Provide recommendations for improving administrative efficiency and service delivery. Support management in strategic planning and organizational development initiatives. Identify operational and administrative risks and recommend mitigation measures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Support business continuity and emergency response planning.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. Professional certifications in administration or management are an added advantage.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in administration, operations, or corporate services management. Previous supervisory experience is required.
