Job Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Associate will assist in various sales and marketing activities, support employees, and ensure guest satisfaction while promoting the brand image.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Update information boards, assist employees with job duties, assign leads to Sales Executives, create spreadsheets for sales activities, enter and verify information in sales software, resolve guest issues, promote brand awareness, use sales techniques to maximize revenue, assist management in hiring and training, report accidents, and maintain professional appearance.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience, no supervisory experience required, no specific license or certification needed.
Educational Background:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
At least 1 year of related work experience.
