Job Description
Job Overview:
A Kitchen technician maintains and performs preventative maintenance on all Kitchen equipment. As an Engineering Team Member, you would also be called when needed to multi-task in other sections.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, perform equipment repairs, perform visual equipment evaluations, enter repairs in Repair Logbook, multitask in other sections when called upon.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of HND or BSc. in related Field, electrical trouble shooting, wiring, schematic reading, plumbing, mechanical trouble shooting and repair skills, ability to maintain Kitchen equipment parts inventory, strong work ethic, skills in the use of related instruments and tools including Multi-meter, hand tools and small power tools, basic English language communication skills, ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes.
Educational Background:
Minimum of HND or BSc. in related Field
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in related field.
Languages:
Basic English language communication skills
