Job Overview:
The Social Media Producer is a part-time, remote role responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, producing multimedia content such as videos, analyzing metrics to optimize engagement, and collaborating with marketing teams to align with brand objectives. The role entails managing social media campaigns and fostering meaningful interactions with the online community to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Required Qualifications:
Strong Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy skills, with experience in crafting and executing campaigns to drive engagement. Proficiency in Video Production and content creation, with the ability to produce and edit short-form and long-form multimedia content. Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and engage with diverse audiences. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to use metrics to inform and improve strategies. Creative thinking and a passion for digital trends and social media innovation. Experience working remotely and managing time efficiently.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience:
Prior work experience in cosmetics, beauty, or lifestyle industries is an added plus.
