Duties and Responsibilities:
The Insurance Account Officer will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial records, assisting clients with insurance inquiries, facilitating policy renewals, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to create tailored insurance solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Financial Statements and Finance management, Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and market trends, Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members, Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Languages:
Proficiency in relevant software tools and financial systems.
