Job Description
Job Overview:
Lead the development and execution of the company’s people strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and expansion plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management on workforce planning, organizational structure, succession planning, and talent optimization. Drive a high-performance culture through effective leadership frameworks, performance management systems, and employee accountability initiatives. Oversee industrial and employee relations, ensuring proactive resolution of workplace issues and compliance with Nigerian labour regulations. Champion organizational development initiatives, including change management, culture transformation, and leadership development programs. Review and strengthen HR policies, governance frameworks, and operational processes to improve efficiency and business continuity. Lead compensation, benefits, and workforce productivity strategies to ensure competitiveness and operational sustainability. Provide oversight for HR analytics, reporting, compliance, and risk management across all people-related functions. Build and mentor a capable HR/Admin team while fostering a professional, engaged, and performance-driven work environment.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree and/or professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) will be an advantage.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to senior management responsibilities. Prior experience within manufacturing, production, or other structured organizations is highly preferred.

Languages:
Excellent understanding of Nigerian law" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Labour Law, HR governance, and organizational development practices.
