Job Overview: The Salon and Spa Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the operations to ensure seamless and exceptional guest experience, including supporting administrative tasks, supervising staff, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to financial and marketing goals.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of guest service, resolve discrepancies, oversee daily operations, assist with administrative duties, conduct inventory, monitor inventory items, conduct training, support management in guest experiences, manage Profit & Loss statements, develop budgets, oversee treatment schedules, build client relationships, and partner with Spa Reception.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). Proven experience in spa or hospitality management with a focus on guest services and operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, basic financial knowledge, familiarity with spa treatments, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and spa management systems.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
Experience: Proven experience in spa or hospitality management, with a strong focus on guest services and operations.
