Job Overview:
The Head of Background and Verification will lead the organization’s background checks and verification processes to ensure compliance, integrity, and accuracy in all recruitment activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include overseeing applicant screening, validating credentials, managing verification workflows, and ensuring adherence to relevant policies and standards. Required Qualifications:
Expertise in background checks, employment verification, and credentials validation. Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and standards related to recruitment and hiring. Proficiency in data management, record-keeping, and digital tools for tracking verification processes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and team management abilities. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Proven experience in HR roles, particularly related to background checks or compliance.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in HR roles, particularly related to background checks or compliance.

Languages:

Additional Notes:
Certification in HR or background verification is a plus.
