Job Overview:
Fortics Lifecare LTD is a management company dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery across Nigeria, focusing on managing and expanding primary and secondary care assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring quality care delivery and operational efficiency. Manage hospital facilities, lead staff, implement policies, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Foster a patient-centred environment and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Required Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Practice Management and Hospital Management, Customer Service skills, Experience in Budgeting, Exceptional Communication skills, Proven leadership and organisational abilities, Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations.
Educational Background:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
Experience in Budgeting to manage financial resources effectively

Full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Manager located around Ososami Area, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
