Job Overview: The G Store is a specialty sales and distribution company representing three premium international brands in Nigeria. We operate a hybrid model combining direct retail via social media and web with traditional B2B distribution to retail partners, institutions, and corporate clients.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue by actively prospecting, visiting, and closing sales with retailers, wholesalers, institutions (supermarkets, schools, banks, corporations), and direct consumers in assigned territories. This is a field-based role. Success depends on daily visits, relationship building, and consistent follow-up.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience (retail distribution, FMCG, electronics, fashion accessories, or similar). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field role. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently without supervision. Own a smartphone with internet access (for reporting and communication). Resident in Lagos with willingness to travel within Lagos and occasionally to other states. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English (knowledge of Yoruba or Pidgin is an advantage).
