Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Founder Brand Content Development: Work directly with the Founder to extract insights, ideas, and perspectives; turn meetings, site visits, industry discussions, and daily operations into content; develop thought-leadership content around real estate, technology, finance, leadership, and social issues. 2. Multi-Platform Social Media Mastery: Develop platform-specific content strategies; write strong hooks, scripts, and captions; optimize content for algorithm performance; monitor engagement metrics. 3. Video Production & Editing: Record and edit high-quality videos; create thumbnails and graphics; maintain visual consistency. 4. Creative Ideation & Trend Integration: Monitor trends; adapt viral formats; develop recurring content series. 5. Strategic Narrative Building: Help shape long-term brand positioning; support launches and initiatives.
Required Qualifications: 1–3 years experience in content creation or social media growth; demonstrable track record of growing or managing engaging social media accounts; strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn; basic to intermediate video editing skills; strong copywriting and caption-writing ability; understanding of social media analytics.
