Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting patients with daily living tasks, assisting with medical needs, maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring patient comfort and independence, manual handling, administering basic care, monitoring patient conditions, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, building rapport with patients, designing and delivering vocational training programs, creating training materials, conducting workshops, implementing best practices, strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns, generating leads, maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, creating promotional materials, analyzing market trends.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Manual Handling techniques, exceptional interpersonal skills, skills in patient care, understanding of basic medicine and health & safety standards, ability to work under supervision, relevant certifications or training in healthcare or patient support, strong teaching and presentation skills, knowledge of healthcare regulations, excellent communication and mentorship skills, ability to conduct needs assessments and develop training plans, proficiency in technology for training sessions, experience in digital marketing and brand management.
Educational Background:
Degree or National Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, Education, or a related field, Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in healthcare training, education, or a related role is an advantage, experience in healthcare or related industries is highly advantageous.
Languages:
English

Salary is negotiable and incentives depend on the revenue generated.
