Duties and Responsibilities: The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to drive sales, prospecting and generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role requires frequent on-the-ground interaction with potential and existing customers, along with virtual communications to ensure both client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
Required Qualifications: Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve inquiries. Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation for identifying opportunities and executing successful sales strategies. Experience in Sales Operations, including maintaining accurate sales data and following up on client accounts. Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision in a hybrid work environment. Familiarity with the Nigerian insurance sector is a plus.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
Experience: Experience in Sales Operations, including maintaining accurate sales data and following up on client accounts.
Languages: Strong Communication skills in English are required.
Additional Notes: This is a contract hybrid role based in Lagos, allowing flexibility with some work from home.
