Job Overview: The IT Risk Specialist will lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology and cybersecurity risks across cement production plants and corporate operations, ensuring IT systems are secure and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct risk assessments, manage IT risk environment, advise on cybersecurity risks, manage self-identified issues, develop cybersecurity strategies, conduct security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security assessments, maintain relationships with teams, provide continuous control monitoring, establish key risk indicators, report IT risks to Group Risk Management, and oversee risk events.
Required Qualifications: Strong technical background with 5+ years in risk management, certified CRISC/CISA/CISM/CISSP, knowledge of ISO27001, NIST, OWASP, and PSI-DSS, strong policy writing experience, ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, and experience with risk management tools.
Experience: 5+ years in risk management with proven IT risk and/or IT governance skills.
Additional Notes: Knowledge of Privileged Access Management, Patch Management, SOC Visibility, and Business Continuity is desirable.
