Job Description
Job Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating real estate sales, sourcing properties for rent and sale, building strong relationships with landlords and property owners, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate leads and close property sales deals, source properties for rent, lease, and sale, build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors, identify new business opportunities and partnerships, conduct property inspections and client site visits, promote company properties through online and offline marketing strategies, follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships, negotiate rental and sales agreements professionally, maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and transactions, meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets, collaborate with the marketing and management team to grow the business.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field, minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or real estate marketing, strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, ability to work independently and achieve targets, good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage, smart appearance and professional attitude, proficiency in social media marketing and lead generation is a plus.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or real estate marketing

English
