Job Description
Job Overview:
Future Concerns Nigeria Limited (FCNL) operates the Future Concerns Safety Center, offering specialized support services and solutions for the oil and gas industry, particularly in safety equipment. As an authorized blue-chip distribution hub, FCNL maintains a vast inventory of globally certified safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) to meet the highest safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement 5-year contract and procurement plans with Contract Owners/Holders. Manage demand forecasting, planning, budgeting tools, and supplier management processes. Guide tendering, negotiation, and award of contracts and agreements for services and materials. Support implementation and performance management of category strategies. Assist in contract scoping, specifications, contracting strategies, and preparation of counter estimates. Support preparation, presentation, and defense of transaction submissions for approvals by Tender Committees/Boards. Ensure sourcing and delivery of on-spec materials within shortest lead-times and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and issue post-award contract documents. Prepare enquiry documents, purchase orders, and price agreements with applicable terms and conditions. Liaise with legal and functional disciplines to resolve contractual qualifications. Undertake post-award contract management for critical operational contracts. Implement third-party spend savings (TPSS) and value improvement (VI) initiatives. Utilize EFAs, market intelligence, and supply chain opportunities to improve HSE, cost, and operational performance. Identify opportunities for operational excellence and additional value generation. Support communication and interface with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain. Advise stakeholders on procurement-related activities and ensure adequate information flow.

Required Qualifications:
Experience with Procurement Contracts and creating and managing Purchase Orders. Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and knowledge of Government Procurement processes. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier proposals and procurement data. Familiarity with the oil and gas industry is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience:
7-11 yrs; Proficiency in SAP Ariba & NipeX /NJQS.

Additional Notes:
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Lagos.
