Job Overview: Easyway German Language School is a dynamic language training institution focused on equipping students with practical German communication skills through structured learning programs.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and convert prospective students through calls, messages, and in-person interactions. Present and promote Easyway's language programs to potential clients. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and enrollment goals. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions. Provide excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies. Stay updated on program offerings, pricing, and schedules.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition. Strong closing skills and ability to meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in handling objections and negotiating with clients. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; CRM experience is an added advantage. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
