Job Overview:
EquiBridge Community Health Initiative is a youth-led, community-focused non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare, education, and social opportunities in underserved communities across Africa.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate partnerships with local and international stakeholders, execute fundraising initiatives, write compelling grant proposals, develop strategies to achieve fundraising targets, maintain donor relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure transparent reporting of fund utilization.
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication and writing skills, experience in philanthropy, excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, familiarity with the non-profit sector, and experience engaging with communities in Africa.
