Job Description
Job Overview:
Alaro City Development FZC is an integrated, mixed-use city planned for over 2,000 hectares in the North West Quadrant of the Lekki Free Zone, aiming to alleviate urban congestion and provide quality housing and commercial property in Lagos and Africa.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Head of Utilities is responsible for establishing and executing the business model for city-scale utilities, managing all aspects of utility management including financial strategy, operations, and personnel management, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in engineering setup or utility infrastructure, including electricity generation and water treatment and distribution.
Educational Background:
Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years in engineering setup or utility infrastructure, with leadership experience in an engineering or construction firm being a major plus.
Languages:
English

The position requires a mature, pragmatic approach with strong commercial judgment, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to work outside of standard business hours.
