Job Overview: Open Veil Society Foundation is a Christian nonprofit organization committed to transforming individuals, families, and communities through faith-based education, discipleship, youth empowerment, and sustainable development initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all assigned foundation programs. Develop workplans, timelines, budgets, and implementation strategies. Supervise field teams, volunteers, agents, and program coordinators. Coordinate project execution across Lagos and Ogun State. Ensure programs are delivered efficiently, professionally, and with measurable impact. Work closely with leadership to refine program strategy and growth plans. Identify and pursue grant opportunities, donors, CSR funding, and sponsorships. Write and submit grant proposals, concept notes, donor pitches, and partnership requests. Build and maintain relationships with donors, churches, organizations, and strategic partners. Support fundraising campaigns and partnership outreach initiatives. Track and manage a structured funding pipeline with consistent follow-ups. Prepare donor reports, progress reports, and impact reports. Track program outcomes and ensure accountability to stakeholders. Maintain documentation for all projects, partnerships, and funding efforts. Represent the foundation in meetings with partners, donors, and community stakeholders. Build relationships with government agencies, NGOs, churches, and community leaders to support program success.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum of 4–6 years experience in NGO program management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Proven experience in grant writing, fundraising, donor engagement, or partnership development. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent writing skills (proposals, reports, donor documentation). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Willingness to travel occasionally to Ogun State for field activities.
