Duties and Responsibilities: Engaging with potential clients to understand their financial goals and offering tailored solutions, including insurance products, investment opportunities, and financial planning options. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, providing advisory services, generating sales, and building lasting client relationships. Staying informed of financial trends and regulations to deliver optimal solutions and services.
Required Qualifications: Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, Knowledge of Investments and Finance to provide tailored financial solutions, Advanced Analytical Skills for accurate financial assessments and projections, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Experience: Prior experience in sales or financial consulting is an advantage, Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
Additional Notes: Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
