Job Overview:
We are building a community-driven redevelopment network focused on identifying abandoned or underutilized buildings and transforming them into productive community and business spaces.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and share abandoned or underutilized buildings within your area; Participate in weekly strategy and brainstorming meetings; Contribute ideas on possible redevelopment opportunities; Collaborate with architects, business professionals, and other members; Support community outreach and stakeholder engagement; Assist in research, planning, fundraising, or partnership development where applicable; Promote the initiative within your network and community.
Required Qualifications:
We welcome community builders, architects and urban planners, real estate agents/managers/developers, small business owners, academics and researchers, creatives and innovators, investors and fundraising professionals, and anyone passionate about urban transformation and community impact.
