Job Description
Job Overview:
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility for some remote work. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, managing sales processes, and creating communication strategies to expand market reach and grow the business.
Required Qualifications:
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage clients and address their needs. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying leads, closing deals, and meeting targets. Ability to conduct Training sessions to equip teams with sales and marketing best practices. Familiarity with real estate markets, especially in Nigeria, is highly desirable. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving business goals.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and sales outreach is a plus.
