Duties and Responsibilities: The Experienced Insurance Sales Person will be responsible for generating new business, fostering strong client relationships, and advising clients on suitable insurance products. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the insurance brokerage team. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism are essential aspects of the role.
Required Qualifications: Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and strong sales acumen, Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage processes, Exceptional Customer Service and relationship management skills, Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
Languages: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
