Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and ethically grounded professional to serve as a key link between our risk oversight framework and field operations, responsible for identifying and investigating cases of misconduct among Business Relationship Managers (BRMs).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead investigations into suspected misconduct, conduct field inspections, analyze BRM activity reports, assess internal controls, prepare investigation reports, and serve as a liaison for risk-related concerns.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Internal Control, Business Administration, Finance, Criminology, or a related field.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in internal control, field audit, risk monitoring, or investigative roles within financial services, fintech, or agent networks.
Languages:
Ability to speak Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba is a plus.
