Job Overview: As a Regional Manager, you will lead from the front, shaping how our customers experience the Bank across multiple branches while driving sustainable business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify / establish new customer relationships, review call plans of the team, identify market opportunities and potential Hubs, sell banks products and services to retail customers, oversee the process of identifying customer needs and proactively seek to provide products/services to meet their anticipated needs, prepare management reports, carry out market research on the retail business, train direct reports on banks products and services, set/define goals and targets and ensure they are achieved, identify and make market presentations to market clusters, monitor and evaluate performance of the Team Lead, perform other duties as assigned by the Group Head.
Required Qualifications: Excellent customer relationship development/management, advance selling skills, knowledge and understanding of Nigerian Retail market, basic Banking Operations (Domestic & International Operations), products knowledge, environmental/industry analysis, supervisory skills, leadership/supervisory, team building/conflict management, organization & coordination, general managerial/administration, interpersonal skills.
Educational Background: First degree in any Business-related discipline; a Masters and/or other professional qualification.
Experience: 8 - 10 years relevant experience. At least 3 - 5 years in management position and marketing units.
