Job Description
Job Overview:
The Team Lead Molding Operations will oversee the day-to-day running of the injection molding section responsible for producing pen plastic components.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily molding operations to meet production targets, ensure all molding machines are properly set and functioning efficiently, monitor production output and implement corrective actions, lead and train molding machine supervisors and technicians, inspect molded pen components for quality, coordinate mold changes, prepare and submit production reports.
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of injection molding machines and processes, ability to set molding parameters and troubleshoot defects, familiarity with mold installation and startup procedures, good understanding of quality standards in plastics manufacturing.
Educational Background:
HND or Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field.
Experience:
7–10 years’ experience in injection molding operations; minimum 5 years supervisory or team lead experience.
