Warehouse Supervisor

Nestlé Nigeria is currently looking to fill the role of Warehouse Supervisor, whose responsibility would be to drive warehouse team performance to attain superior service level at a lower cost.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Set adequate target values for warehousing service and cost KPIs, support Logistics service and productivity levels, ensure key performance measures are maintained, focus on problem solving skills, manage labor and equipment utilization, ensure the premises are hygienic and sustainable, create safety awareness and compliance, drive/support cost saving initiatives, influence Distribution Management and Customer Service, oversee co-packing activities, motivate 5S, nurture refusals & disposals, oversee security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Security and Occupational health, train and engage the team, assist Goal Alignment implementation, support LEAN roll out.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma, Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in supervisory level in warehouse management.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in supervisory level in warehouse management, relevant operational experience in Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, Sales, Transportation, Technical, Finance.
