Job Description
Job Overview:
Functions as the property’s strategic financial business leader, developing and implementing property-wide strategies to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops means to improve profit, analyzes information, creates annual budget plans, leads finance teams, communicates with stakeholders, ensures compliance with financial policies, and manages human resource activities.
Required Qualifications:
4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 3 years experience in finance and accounting OR Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in finance and accounting.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
Experience:
3 years experience in finance and accounting for bachelor's degree holders or 1 year for master's degree holders.
Languages:
English
