Senior Strategy & Communications Executive

Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and execute high-impact communication strategies, draft press releases, manage media relations, and ensure strategic alignment with client objectives. Collaborate with the executive team to craft and deliver compelling messaging, oversee reputation management initiatives, and provide creative and strategic input into marketing communications for the agency's diverse portfolio of clients.

Required Qualifications:
Expertise in drafting Press Releases and developing impactful Strategic Communications, strong communication skills, experience in media relations, exceptional writing skills, proven experience in public relations or marketing communications, ability to design and implement innovative communication strategies.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:
Proven experience in public relations or marketing communications, ideally within an agency setting. Experience in Reputation Management or Crisis Communication is an added advantage.

Languages:
Proficiency in English and familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms to amplify communication strategies.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
