Job Overview:
An exciting young non-profit dedicated to creating sustainable, long-term economic growth in the poorest countries in Africa.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the organization’s program strategy, oversee design" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">program design and implementation, establish KPIs, manage budgets, build relationships with stakeholders, recruit and mentor staff, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Business, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s preferred.
Experience:
10–12+ years of progressive experience in program management, with proven experience managing multi-million-dollar or multi-site programs.
Languages:
English

Full Time - 9 to 5, Renumeration: NGN 1,000,000-1,300,000
