Operations Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Operations Analyst to support the scaling of our lending operations and internal processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze and refine end-to-end operational workflows to improve speed and accuracy in lending and customer onboarding. Perform regular data reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy in our reports and databases. Manage the preparation and delivery of ongoing weekly and monthly operational data packs for investors. Assist in the day-to-day management of the lending book, ensuring operational compliance and smooth fund disbursements and repayments. Help implement and manage internal operational tools and software. Work closely with the Finance, Product, and Account Management teams to execute core daily operations and improve internal tools and processes.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations, data analysis, or business analyst role. Experience working within a financial services firm or a fintech startup is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to document processes and implement system improvements. Excellent communication skills.
