Job Overview:
Praxis Studios is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager/Content Creator for a full-time, on-site role located in Ojodu Berger, Lagos. The Social Media Manager/Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing creative social media content across various platforms to drive engagement, enhance brand awareness, and meet business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and executing creative social media content across various platforms, analyzing social media metrics, developing content calendars, conducting research on industry trends, optimizing content for SEO, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong copywriting and copyediting skills; Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms; Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience:
2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation

Languages:
English

Additional Notes:
Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus; Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords is a plus.
