Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate business deals and partnerships to maximize profitability. Manage and follow up on leads, client inquiries, and business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business development reports. Attend networking events, meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services. Maintain accurate records of business activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines. Support management in achieving overall organizational objectives and expansion plans.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business growth. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Good organizational and time management skills. Professional attitude, confidence, and a results-oriented mindset.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Experience:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing is an added advantage.
