Job Overview:
Join a High-Growth Integrated Facilities Management Company delivering technical, engineering, maintenance, cleaning, and operational support services across Nigeria and West Africa.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial control operations across the business, prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports, drive budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning, and analysis" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">financial analysis processes, strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and reporting systems, monitor project profitability, cost controls, and operational performance metrics, coordinate statutory reporting, tax compliance, audits, and regulatory filings, support commercial pricing, contract evaluations, and strategic growth initiatives, work closely with operations and commercial teams to improve financial discipline and accountability, assist in implementing scalable financial structures to support rapid business growth, provide analytical and decision-support insights to executive management.

Required Qualifications:
ACA / ACCA / ICAN qualified, strong experience in financial reporting, controls, budgeting, and operational finance, strong Excel and financial modelling capability, experience with Zoho accounting systems, strong commercial and analytical mindset, strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Background:
Minimum of 7–10 years relevant accounting and finance experience.

Experience:
Prior experience in Facility Management, Engineering Services, Construction, Technical Services, Industrial Operations will be an added advantage.

English
