Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, ensure high-quality customer service, oversee budget and financial performance, coordinate sales and events, and supervise food and beverage services.
Required Qualifications: Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills, proven expertise in Budgeting and financial management, experience in Sales and event coordination, knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, effective leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in hotel management or the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
