Job Overview:
The Logistics / Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operational and logistics activities of K-Logistics across local and international trade operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate local and international logistics operations, monitor inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate transportation scheduling, liaise with freight agents and warehouse personnel, track shipments, ensure proper handling of shipping documents, coordinate cargo clearance processes, monitor logistics costs, supervise day-to-day operational activities, coordinate communication between departments, monitor operational KPIs, assist in planning operational strategies, identify bottlenecks, maintain operational records, coordinate inventory movement, monitor stock levels, maintain relationships with suppliers, update operational data within ERP systems, generate operational reports, assist in implementing operational controls.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Transportation Management, Procurement, or related discipline. Minimum of 4–7 years experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or trading operations. Experience in wholesale trade operations is highly preferred. Experience coordinating both local and international trade activities. Strong understanding of logistics documentation and shipment coordination. Experience with ERP systems is required; Odoo experience is an advantage.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in relevant fields such as Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Transportation Management, or Procurement.
Experience:
Minimum of 4–7 years experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or trading operations, with a preference for wholesale trade operations.

Additional Notes:
Combination of office-based and field operational activities, may require visits to warehouses, ports, workshops, project sites, and vendor locations. Occasional extended working hours depending on operational demands.
