Job Overview:
NCDF Impact Club ImpactSchool is expanding, and we are looking for high-performing Programme Managers to lead school engagement and programme growth across key cities in Nigeria.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive school acquisition and programme sales in your city, build and manage relationships with school owners, principals, and decision-makers, present the programme clearly and confidently to schools and education stakeholders, meet branch-level enrolment and revenue targets, coordinate facilitators and ensure excellent programme delivery, supervise scheduling, reporting, school communication, and programme administration, monitor student participation, learning outcomes, and impact indicators, balance commercial performance with educational and social outcomes, represent the programme professionally and help strengthen the NCDF Impact Club brand in your location.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in sales and marketing, school partnerships or education business development, programme coordination or branch management, team supervision and operational administration, client relationship management, youth development, education, or extracurricular delivery.
