Job Overview:
Telepluto Lab is a research-driven innovation lab dedicated to advancing emerging technologies in areas such as digital infrastructure, automation, and intelligent systems. We focus on solving real-world challenges through practical experimentation, rapid prototyping, and collaborative development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will collaborate with the design and development teams to create intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating prototypes, and applying design thinking principles. The role also involves contributing to visual design and ensuring consistency in design systems and branding across products.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Design Thinking and the ability to ideate and problem-solve creatively. Strong skills in User Research and understanding user needs and behaviors. Experience in User Experience (UX) and delivering user-centered designs. Proficiency in Visual Design with a solid understanding of color, typography, and layouts. Ability to create functional Prototypes using relevant tools and practices. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving technology environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Educational Background:
Background or coursework in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related fields is a plus.
Experience:
Experience in User Experience (UX) and delivering user-centered designs.
Languages:
Proficiency in English is expected.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
