Job Overview: The Ticketing and Reservation Officer will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of travel bookings, from itinerary design to final ticketing, while ensuring compliance with international travel regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities: Reservations & Ticketing: Strategic Fare Management, Complex Itinerary Planning; Client Advisory & Communication: Proactive Information Delivery, Real-Time Availability Management; Customer Support & Retention: Modification & Conflict Resolution, Value-Added Service Promotion; Technical Proficiency & Accuracy: System Integrity, Space Optimization; Sales & Business Growth: Product Advocacy, Lead Conversion; Industry Awareness & Excellence: Market Intelligence, Cross-Selling Performance.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of an OND qualification; Proficiency in the use of any two of the 3 GDS is a must, especially Amadeus & Galileo; Experience in tour packaging is a plus; Minimum of 4 years ticketing experience; Strong Analytical skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
Educational Background: OND qualification or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years ticketing experience.
