Job Description
Job Overview:
The Technical Administration & Liaison Officer plays a critical role in supporting the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Deputy Director by ensuring smooth administrative and logistical operations, maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations, and strengthening engagement with government stakeholders in Northwest Nigeria.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with NRC/NIF policies, procedures, and legal frameworks; provide administrative, logistical, and liaison support to the Zamfara operations; maintain effective filing and documentation systems; support process improvement initiatives; ensure smooth day-to-day office operations; monitor administrative and logistics-related procurements and budgets; coordinate travel, accommodation, and transport logistics; uphold ethical standards and confidentiality; represent NIF positively in interactions with stakeholders; support coordination activities and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Logistics, Admin, or Liaison Officer in a humanitarian or recovery context; experience working in complex and volatile environments; proven track record of delivering results in similar roles; fluency in English; proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications; experience engaging with senior government stakeholders is an advantage; knowledge of Hausa language is an added advantage.

Educational Background:
Degree or Diploma in Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Logistics, Admin, or Liaison Officer in a humanitarian or recovery context.

Languages:
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hausa language is an added advantage.
