Job Overview:
We are hiring a technical leader to spearhead our rapid-deployment B2B SaaS pipeline. You will architect AI-driven development strategies and lead a team of two developers. Your goal is to launch two scalable, industry-grade B2B SaaS products or React Native mobile apps every single month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Orchestrate the Pipeline: Design a hyper-efficient development-to-deployment pipeline that delivers two production-grade products monthly. Lead with Agentic AI: Train and guide developers to maximize VS Code Copilot Agents for rapid prototyping, debugging, and testing until solid product deployment. Technical Architecture: Define the scalable backend, database, and API structures for each product before developers begin prompting. Consolidate & Deploy: Oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, secure, live deployment on cloud infrastructure. Alternate Platforms: Pivot team focus seamlessly between web-based B2B SaaS and React Native cross-platform mobile apps.
Required Qualifications:
Expert Prompt Engineering: Proven experience using VS Code Copilot, Cursor, or AI agents to accelerate full-stack development. Full-Stack Mastery: Deep knowledge of Next.js, React Native, Node.js, and modern relational/non-relational databases. DevOps & Deployment: Hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions, Docker, AWS, Vercel, and automated testing frameworks. B2B SaaS Architecture: Strong understanding of multi-tenancy, subscription billing integration (Stripe), and enterprise security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security.

Agile Mentorship: Ability to upskill traditional developers into high-velocity "AI-augmented" engineers. Extreme Speed Execution: Comfortable working in a high-throughput environment with fixed, 2-week product deadlines. Hands-On Execution: Act as a player-coach who actively writes code, configures infrastructure, and builds core systems alongside the team of two. Total Lifecycle Ownership: Own the entire product lifecycle from initial architecture to final live deployment on our VPS. Zero-Disownership Blueprint: Maintain the deep technical mastery required to instantly jump into the codebase, debug, and complete any features lagging behind schedule. Production-Grade Guardrails: Set and personally enforce code quality, security, and performance standards to guarantee all AI-generated code is production-ready.
