Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the development, implementation, and management of workforce development programmes, design and execute training curricula, collaborate with partners to identify employment opportunities, manage economic development initiatives, coordinate resources, and track outcomes.
Required Qualifications: Strong expertise in Program Management and execution, experience in Workforce Development, Program Development, and Training, demonstrated knowledge of Economic Development programs, ability to collaborate effectively, excellent leadership and communication skills.
Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: Experience in the Niger Delta region or similar developing regions will be an advantage.
Additional Notes: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a results-driven mindset.
