Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise ongoing site activities and ensure projects are executed according to plan; Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material schedules; Monitor project timelines, workmanship, and site coordination; Liaise with artisans, vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders; Track project expenses and ensure budget compliance; Conduct site inspections and provide progress reports; Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in quantity surveying, site supervision, or project coordination; Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and materials; Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
